A calendar year is slowly coming to a close applying some pressure on you to figure out “where to from here”; what you really think about “here” and what you think about your place in it. So much mulling, probably courtesy of Neptune but in reality it’s been a process that been evolving all year and just bearing down on you with greater pressure as time goes on.
You’re innately a very kind person but you’ve become less pussy footing and more of a straight shooter these days or to quote someone, you’re “telling it like it is” warts and all. The ghastly boss, the irritating work colleague, the pushy neighbor, whoever pushes your buttons receives your authentic feedback as you’ve given yourself imprimatur to react truthfully. You also do them the courtesy of seeing the authentic you also, without any trappings. This however does indicate some harsher moments back at l’ranch when you dole out the unadulterated truth to your nearest and dearest and there is the appearance of emotional conflict during the month. Watch out for a tendency to be a bit too pushy or demanding.
I did feel you’d get some “enlightenment” in October/November and on the basis that “little strokes fell big oaks” you’re on the right track and giving yourself excellent practice to undertake the major choices that lie ahead. There is every possibility that you have to make a decision on the career front, possibly before Xmas – either a job is offered to you, or you decide to throw in the towel and look elsewhere in the New Year. You do hanker for the “good old days” as 2010 was a desultory year at best and you’re absolutely determined that 2011 will have an entirely different flavor, so you’ll be undertaking whatever changes are necessary to achieve this aspiration.
As I mentioned in October, foreign shores beckon and you’ll definitely be off somewhere shortly - or people from elsewhere will be visiting you. You’ll also be travelling à deux or going into business with someone; or receive an early (but sensational) Xmas gift, or simply $’s – as the Cosmos does indicate substantial financial help from another who is close to you.
As I’ve told you in your weekly horoscopes, start packing the suitcase, buying the bikini or getting the passport up to date because you WILL be travelling very soon or instigating plans to do so this month.
Foreign shores beckon and its part of a cleansing and “getting far from the madding crowd” exercise. Never have you hungered for an escape as much as you do this month and you will be as keen as mustard to widen your horizons. For those where it’s an absolute impossibility to get away, you will be widening your mental horizons and ‘expanding” your consciousness.
Alternatively you might want to get some “distance” from your everyday life and again whilst you can do that mentally or emotionally, it’s best that you do it literally.
SB urges you to get away, even if it’s around the corner and your fresh insight on your return will put everything into perspective.
You’ll realize that life is too short to wallow in one spot and do the same old thing over and over and….
You will look back on this month as the period when you finally got the self enlightenment that you needed to receive.

Even I’m getting exhausted on your behalf by the dramas in your life which are seemingly endless. The Cosmos will continue to push you to the edge, play havoc with your relationships, throw everything that it has at you so that you will finally say “that’s it, enough” and stop playing the eternal martyr. You must remove these ingrained habits and attachments that keep putting you back in the same places time after time. Do you realize how much stronger mentally, emotionally and a hell of a lot healthier (no more booze, cigarettes, drugs or whatever) you’d be if you were emotionally un-entangled and free.
When you succumb to someone or allow yourself to be directed by compulsive behaviour you are essentially short changing yourself and your life and are essentially giving up self-control. It’s the whole guilt- martyr vortex.
You are no longer your true self and by either attempting to control others, or succumbing to others you give away your own power over yourself.
You are fragile and sensitive and have just undergone the worst relationship transit in three decades. Now that it is almost over you will need all the help and assistance you can find to help you take back your power and find your full strength again.
Those of you who have been chained to 9-5 jobs for God knows how many years will be seriously thinking of change. You’ve procrastinated long enough and you and I both know that it’s high time (actually way past it) for you to make a move in this area. Follow your dreams, fulfill your inspirations, live your fantasies no matter how many naysayers are telling you that you’d be mad to risk your security… blah blah. Money will always be a bugbear. I won’t deny that this remains and is one area that you need to watch and particularly in August you need to be very vigilant in all forms of paperwork relating to finances, yours and shared with you.
After mid August however I urge you to bow to the commands of your innermost desires, you have the stamina and strength to do it, so what on earth are you waiting for? After all I’ve (and other Astrologers) have written about the transformation that should be taking place in your life and you must take on some ownership of those changes yourself if you are to benefit. Short term pain will mean long term gain and don’t let your fear of upsetting the status quo continue to hold you back.
What you are keen to do with your life now is very different from what it was a few years ago and indeed you are not the same person. You have (or should have) far more in control over yourself and your “life’ (that includes the people in it) than you ever were and this may need to be considered when you are taking your next steps e.g. can they keep in step with you or be left behind? You position with your nearest and dearest is the central theme here and if you are not yet fully at peace with where you fit into the scheme of things this month you really must rectify this imbalance. If you back yourself and do not fear the ramifications and any potential fallout you will be very pleasantly surprised by the outcomes.
You have nothing to fear but fear it and frankly you deserve it.
You will be one of the signs doing a drum roll for the exit of Saturn from Virgo although the majority of you won’t make the connection or even know why. Well, it is because this is the last month when Saturn is in your 7th house (he goes into your 8th later in the month) of relationships. Talk about being tested there! There would have been at least one maybe more people during this transit that drove you around the bend! Let’s hope it wasn’t a boss or a spouse!
Then there was sense of loneliness, and it didn’t seem to matter if you had someone in your life or not…
This is wonderful news for all as the stumbling blocks and walls you had to climb - just to connect to someone - come tumbling down. No more specters of divorce and separation, or the constant fights. There is a clearing house situation in July and there will be significant developments in many relationships which will either spell the end, a reunification, or a restructure.
It may well be a situation where you’ve simply endured a dysfunctional relationship (including ones at work!) during the past two years and now that you are in the last weeks, you are finally taking action.
As I mentioned in your weekly horoscope the days of you kowtowing are long gone, and you are the one calling the shots. You got tired of putting up with the unacceptable and just woke up to the fact.
Now that you are armed with the knowledge there is no turning back ….knowledge is power.
Your difficulties with partners and colleagues will only test you for a few more weeks, but any fall-outs could hit you in the wallet - if you leave your job, move out etc. it’s all costly. Pay particular and special attention to any paperwork in relation to exit strategies for your own protection as there could be some deception or oversight that is not entirely to your benefit.
Do not fear as Jupiter in Aries (until Sept and for half of 2011) places Jupiter in your money and resources sector so you are likely to see and enjoy benefits to your earning power.
Jupiter in this sector of your chart could very well bring a profitable and productive year, Mr. Ms Moneybags!
The future held so much promise that you could taste it. Certainly all the portents were there for a stunning reversal of trends and yet not everything has panned out as it should have and a lot of Pisces are feeling shortchanged by the Cosmos.
Your only option of course is to press on and adjust your timetable (if you have one) or continue to plot your course. Most of you by now should have an inkling of the “big picture” and you can start to formulate those long range plans ready for unveiling over the next few months. Unfortunately the whole movement of the Universe is not exactly warp speed so patience becomes a virtue – either that or don’t read your stars and let life just unfurl in blissful ignorance.
This also buys you time to make any amendments to your agenda as well, you may decide on yet another course altogether from the one you had considered only a couple of months back.
Certainly you are very clear about where you are positioned with certain people, especially some key ones within your workplace not to mention those so called fair weather friends who have all but disappeared from your life. At least now you know for certain who’s in and who’s out in your little black book of life.
There is one person in particular who appears determined to either undermine you or be a vocal (and underhanded) critic. If this person holds the key to your progress then it would be in your long term interests to break away and seek new income sources and/or a lifestyle change. You will remain drenched in office politics, hidden agendas and drama unless you make a break and the “do I stay or do I go” wrestle will drag on.
A similar scenario also applies to the private life of some Pisces as well and for an unfortunate few – both! If you’re an employee, become self employed and so on and whilst it’s changing your very existence as you know it, you really need to consider a correction of this magnitude.
You cannot become the “new” you until you discard – or at the very least modify – the “old” but I reiterate that fame, recognition and climbing the Ladder of Success is all there for you, if not now, then certainly from September onwards when Mr. Fortune Good Luck begins to do his job big time. He was just holding off while you created the new framework for him to work with.
Ok, I officially sanction you to start getting excited. For months I’ve been telling you that whilst it was hard to even imagine that amazing things were on the way and that life was on the up and up and that by June you will have so many outstanding and breakthrough opportunities that you just won’t know what to do with yourself. Well, we’re here in May and Guess What? It’s about to start.
There is no doubt that you’ve come through probably the worst passage of anyone in the zodiac but now there is a new horizon and a new dawn.
The Universe is about to start bestowing you with wonderful things, if and only if you are prepared to jettison what is unusable and throw-away-able in your life to make room for the great time ahead.
Get rid of the job if that’s the block, the relationship if that’s the block, change houses, countries, find love….are you getting my drift? Don’t fear, you have rare luck on your side and the any big decisions that you make, from mid month onwards will set you up for the rest of your life (well at least for many years..)

You are fed up, tired of life and literally want to run away from it all and you are so over people. Who was it that said “hell is other people” was so on the money! You neither understand nor get people anymore. It’s not me it’s them you cry - or is it?
Why all the relationship flare-ups and fall outs? Why all the niggling stress related ailments? Do try for the next few weeks to be as neutral and practical as you possibly can in all of your interactions. Remain cool, calm and collected even when some-one pushes all your buttons like mad and makes insensitive and politically incorrect comments.
Ultimately you will find a way to deal with this person and that involves probably leaving! There is such a strong confrontational vibe around you that difficulties and showdowns are inevitable.
To top it all off you have been fretting about finances (possibly one of the reasons why you’ve had to bite your tongue) and either money was in short supply or you’ve had to restructure or gain control over your finances in some way.
I know it is hard for you to even imagine this now, much less see around the corner but by June you will have so many outstanding and breakthrough opportunities that you just won’t know what to do with yourself. You will be showered with gifts from the Universe in the form of romance, money and travel and I do think you will be in a different employment structure.
The much promised great year that I have been promising will start then and all the wonderful things that are supposed to happen will. Not only that, will continue right through until early 2011!
Every astrologer has told you that this is your year one of the best in 12 years (since Jupiter was last in your first house) and this is the year in which to achieve all you have aspired to over the years. Start planning your future and identifying which major changes and opportunities that you will seize and act upon.
